Did you buy the wrong item, get too many, having trouble or just a change your mind? We want to make your return EASY. We accept returns within 90 days from the original purchase date (some exclusions apply*).

Do you want a refund? - Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt dated less than 90 days.

Do you want an exchange? - If you are outside of 90 days or do not have a receipt, you may exchange your items or receive an in-store merchandise credit for our current price. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Is there a warranty? - We follow manufacturer's guarantees and warranties for all qualifying items.
*Exclusions: 1) All work wear, power equipment/tools, and grills must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. 2) Water Street items follow Water Street's return policy. 3) Gift Cards, Labor, Delivery and closeout merchandise are not elibile for return 4) 14 day Refund for Open Box Items. Item must be in the same condition as purchased.
