Did you buy the wrong item, get too many, having trouble or just a change your mind? We want to make your return EASY. We accept returns within one year from the original purchase date (some exclusions apply*).

Do you want a refund? - Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt dated less than 30 days.

Do you want an exchange? - If you are outside of 30 days or do not have a receipt, you may exchange your items or receive an in-store merchandise credit for our current price. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Is there a warranty? - We follow manufacturer's guarantees and warranties for all qualifying items.
*Exclusions: 1) All work wear and power equipment must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. 2) Water Street items follow Water Street's return policy.
